Hypnosercise

Hypnosercise combines relaxation, visualisation and breathing techniques with basic movements to give you all the benefits of a workout whilst you lay down. As you continue to come to classes you will notice your body definition and muscle tone improve and your health and strenghth increasing in body and mind.You do not have to be fit and able to take part in a hypnosercise class as if you cannot physically make a movement you can imagine it and the effect on your body will be exactly the same. It is advisable however that you are able to lay yourself on the floor and get back up again. Remember to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your own mat or blanket to lay on.
